Reservations & Booking

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website by selecting your desired room type and dates, then following the booking process. You can also call us directly at +234 800 123 4567 or email info@thetenthsuites.com for assistance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the first night's rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes, you can modify your reservation subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Changes to dates may result in rate adjustments based on current pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
  • Bank Transfer
  • USSD
  • Cash (at check-in)

Check-in & Check-out

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and potential additional charges.

What documents do I need for check-in?

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (such as National ID, Driver's License, or International Passport) and your booking confirmation. The credit card used for booking may also be required for verification.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to request this service. Additional charges may apply depending on the time requested and room availability.

Is WiFi available?

Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the hotel, including all guest rooms and public areas.

Do you offer airport transfer services?

Yes, we offer airport pickup and drop-off services at an additional charge. Please request this service at least 24 hours before your arrival. Contact our concierge for rates and arrangements.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary secure parking is available for all guests. Valet parking service is also available upon request.

Do you have room service?

Yes, 24-hour room service is available. A menu of food and beverages can be found in your room, or you can contact the front desk for assistance.

Policies

Do you allow pets?

We regret that pets are not allowed at The Tenth Suites, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact us in advance if you require accommodation for a service animal.

Is smoking allowed?

The Tenth Suites is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or public areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

What is your policy on visitors?

Guests may receive visitors in the lobby and public areas. Visitors to guest rooms must be registered at the front desk. For security purposes, unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
