2. Booking and Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Tenth Suites.
- A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.
- Room rates are quoted per night and may be subject to taxes and additional fees.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be charged the first night's rate.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and approved online payment methods.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
6. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The Tenth Suites reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who:
- Engage in illegal activities
- Cause disturbance to other guests
- Damage hotel property
- Violate hotel policies
7. Liability
The Tenth Suites is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings left in rooms or common areas
- Injuries resulting from misuse of hotel facilities
- Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
